Corey A. Montiho


Whether Attorney Montiho is handling a family case or criminal case you will receive an excellent assessment of your case and a recommendation on how to best proceed to achieve your goals. Attorney Montiho will zealously represent your interests and keep you well informed of all that is transpiring until a resolution is reached.

Attorney Montiho is a native of Waukesha, a 2000 graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and 2003 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School.

While at the The Citadel Attorney Montiho was awarded the Dean’s List Medal, elected to the Honor Court, was an elected class representative, was an active member of Pi Sigma Alpha-The National Political Science Honor Society and held numerous positions of cadet leadership. He also served as an intern at The White House.

While at The University of Wisconsin Law School he was a Judicial Intern for Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson, served as a law clerk for the City of Madison and also served as law clerk in a private law practice in Madison, Wisconsin.

Attorney Montiho is a member of the Waukesha and Jefferson County Bar Associations, an active volunteer in the community, a member of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Corps and a member of The Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin.  Attorney Montiho also serves as a member of the City of Waukesha’s Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals, both by appointment of Mayor Shawn Reilly and is Co-President of Summit View Elementary’s Parent Teacher Organization.

While not practicing law Attorney Montiho is an avid sportsman and enjoys spending time with his wife, a public school teacher, and two daughters who attend Waukesha public schools and are active in gymnastics and dance.
